How to become a registered valuer in India?

A valuer is a person who is in charge of determining the true value of the real estate, machinery and equipment, commodities, and investment securities. The valuer must have finished the certification with the city's Income Tax Officer. It is not essential to choose a career path as a valuer from the beginning because this profession can be continued after college and post-graduate studies. To become a valuer, a person must have been well-prepared from elementary school and possess some intrapersonal skills such as bargaining, communication, and understanding of real estate and capital instruments. Consider the following points to get an idea of how to become a valuer in India. 1) Candidates should focus on areas like physics, chemistry, finance, and math starting in elementary school. 2) Students should concentrate on the CPT, GATE and JEE entrance exams after the 12th, as well as their preparation for them. 3) The student should apply for JEE Mains and other state-level engineering admission exams. 4) Candidates may apply for entrance exams such as GATE, TANCET, and IPU-CET after graduating B.Tech to study M.Tech in the applicable stream. 5) Civil/ Mechanical Engineering, Finances, and other subjects must be studied for 4-year graduation syllabus such as Finance, MBA and CA. 6) This will give you an idea about how to become a property valuer in India.

1) A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or other related fields is required. 2) All valuers appointed by the Bank must follow the Methods for Valuation given by the Credit Monitoring Department, Head Office, following the board's acceptance of the policy. 3) Valuers must follow Internationally Accepted Valuation Standards (IVS) when doing a valuation. 4) The age limit should be a minimum of 25 years 5) A valuer needs to have the appropriate educational credentials and 2-5 years of relevant experience in the field of valuation.
