I would suggest that go through mes.gov.in and check for the nearest Commander Works Engineer Office/ Chief Engineer Zonal Office to your place. Enlistment process is being offered to all eligible contractors every 5 years. Currently, the application is open till Dec 2020 and you can apply for the same. You can either email/call the officer mentioned in the Contracts Section and obtain forms for enlistment as a contractor or regularly check the MES website for the updates. Usually, the forms are out on the MES website and you can go through the process. If you meet the criteria as suggested by the MES, you are allotted a unique number.
