What are the eligibility criteria to apply for a TNHB flat?
You must be a Tamil Nadu resident to apply for this scheme.
Your age must be at least 21 years old.
A residence or land owned by you cannot be covered by another government programme.
The monthly income requirement for those in the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) is up to Rs.8,000.
If you qualify for the Low Income Group (LIG), then you must earn between Rs.12,000 and Rs.8,000 per month.
The Middle Income Group (MIG) requires you to earn between Rs.18,001 and Rs.37,000 per month.
If you qualify for the Higher Income Group (HIG), then you must earn between Rs.37,001 and Rs.62,000 per month.
If you qualify for the Super HIG, then you must earn more than Rs.62,001 per month.
