Eligibility Criteria for PMAY scheme:The PMAY scheme was introduced so that any member from EWS, LIG,MIG,HIG can avail home loans to purchase a house.
You and your family should not possess a pucca house.
A family should consist of an unmarried child and spouse.
Relevant caste and income certificate is required
Women are welcomed to apply for the scheme.
All applicants must add a female co-applicant to apply for the PMAY scheme.
Older and disabled citizens are preferred more for the housing schemes.
