The Telangana Government launched the building regularisation scheme (BRS) and land regularisation scheme (LSR) to boost the real estate industry and ease the construction work. It helps to simplify the process of application regarding the regularisation of plot and land. Even though new application submission for land regularisation scheme has stopped, you can read below to know how to apply LRS in Telangana for the next time:

• Visit the Telangana LRS scheme’s official website

• Tap on the “Apply For LRS” button

• After that, you will find 2 options on a new page: “Indian” and “NRIs”

• Choose your preferred option

• Enter your mobile no. and tap on the “Generate OTP” button

• Then, you will receive an OTP on your mobile no.

• Enter your OTP and tap on the “validate OTP” button

• After that, the registration form will appear on the page

• Fill in all the required details

• Make the payment and submit the necessary documents:

The owner of the layout is required to file copies of sale deeds of at least 10 percent of total plots.

A self-attested copy of the 1st page of the registered title deed/ sale deed, in case of unsold plots

• Tap on the “submit” option
