What is CIDCO Housing Scheme?
CIDCO Housing Scheme is City and Industrial Development of Maharashtra housing scheme which has been launched under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Scheme for economically weaker sections and lower income groups of the state.
According to the reports CIDCO Housing Scheme 2021 will be announced mid May 2021 with around 40,000 housing units.
Reservations under CIDCO Housing Scheme 2021
The Government of Maharashtra has announced that COVID 19 frontline workers will be given reservation. The list of warriors include:
District administration employees
Police personnel
Home guards
Anganwadi workers, etc.
Approximately 4400 units will be allotted to eligible applicants from Maharashtra Police Force.
How to apply for CIDCO Housing Scheme 2021 ?
Go to lottery.cidcoindia.com/App
Register yourself by clicking on ‘New User’ tab
An application form will appear on your screen. Enter details such as username, password, father’s name, DoB, Mobile Number, PAN Card and Aadhaar Card, bank details, etc.
Upload the documents such as passport size photograph, Aadhaar card, PAN card
Next, select the scheme and code name, applicant type, choose allotment preference and check mark the terms and conditions
Pay the application fee via NEFT, credit card, debit card, net banking, etc. and print the application form and acknowledgement slip.
