• Go to Settings and then click on Profile Management option
• You will see an option Add/Manage Beneficiary so click on it
• Then select Add icone available on the right side
• Select State Bank Account from the dropdown
• Provide the required details and click on Submit
• Confirm the details
• Click on Submit
• Provide the OTP that you have got in your registered mobile number and then click on Submit

This is how to add beneficiary in SBI YONO app quickly and securely:

• Open the SBI YONO mobile app on your Android or iOS device. Enter your MPIN/password/biometric to log in securely.

• From the home screen, tap “YONO Pay” (or “Fund Transfer”). Select “Add/Manage Beneficiary” or similar option under Profile Management. Enter your SBI Internet Banking profile password when prompted and tap Submit to proceed.

• You’ll see options to add: SBI account beneficiary, Other bank account beneficiary. Select the correct type depending on whose account you’re adding.

• Enter Beneficiary Details: Beneficiary Name, Account Number (and confirm it), IFSC Code (for other bank accounts), Transfer Limit (maximum amount you’ll allow for transfers). You can also add a nick name/remarks if prompted.

• Review the details and tap Submit. You might be asked to transfer a small amount (often Rs. 1) just to register the beneficiary. Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number and tap Confirm.

• Beneficiaries added via YONO will be activated automatically, usually within 30 minutes to 4 hours, depending on the time of day and type of beneficiary. 

You’ll receive an SMS confirmation once the beneficiary is active.

• The "Add" icon is located in the top right corner.

• Choose "Other Bank Account" in the dropdown menu.

• The account number, limit, address, and IFS code must all be entered before clicking the "Submit" button.

• In the pre-confirm screen, confirm the information.

• Select "Submit" from the menu.

• Give your OTP from your mobile device, then tap on the "Submit" button.

• Next, I chose ‘Profile Management’

• Following this, I selected “Add/Manage Beneficiary.”

• After this I provided my profile password and clicked on the 'Submit' button.

• Next I clicked on the 'Add' icon and selected 'Other Bank Account' from the dropdown menu.

• I also clicked on the 'Submit' button after providing the account number (mandatory), limit (mandatory), address (optional), and IFS code (mandatory).

• Confirmed the details in the pre-confirm screen, and clicked on the 'Submit' button.

• Finally, I received an OTP on my registered cellphone number and clicked on the 'Submit' button.

Within 24 hours, the beneficiary was added.
