While renting we ask ourselves what are the rules to vacate a rented house. Generally vacating a house depends on the agreement you have signed while renting the property. Mostly an eleven-month rental agreement is made between a tenant and a landlord. But in case a tenant or a landlord wants to vacate a house before 11 months notice should be sent. If a tenant wants to move out the landlord can ask for additional charges that a tenant has to pay before vacating the house.
A landlord can also ask a tenant to vacate if he witnesses anything illegal that is conducted in his property. In such cases the landlord needs to return the deposit fee. Also, if neighbours issue some objection to the tenant for some illegal activities the tenant needs to vacate. I
