I want you to know that in the RCC slab casting process the quantity of steel needed for a slab depends on several factors such as the slab’s thickness, type of building structure, etc.
As per my knowledge, 1.133 Kg, 0.945 kg, and 0.755 kg steel quantities are needed per square foot for a 6-inch, 5-inch & 4-inch thick RCC slab. However, I suggest you talk to an expert like a civil engineer to get better clarity.
