Suppose you want to know how many floor can be build in 240 sq yards. Now, this depends on the ceiling height. In 200 sq yards, you are allowed to build 3-4 floors with a ceiling height of about 15 meter. So for 240 as well, it will somewhat remain the same only.
It will be better to ask the builder about it since sometimes these differ from one state to another. The ceiling height can also increase or decrease so consult with some experts to get the exact detail.
How many floors can build for 25 feet road width?
As far as I know, the builder used to get FAR of 2.25 in the case of a 40 feet road but now it has been rounded off to 1.75. This means that the construction will be allowed only G+3 floors.
