As per my knowledge, you can sell non-agricultural land since you cannot cultivate in this land. You need to change the land use to commercial, industrial or residential property to sell the N.A land. Make sure that the property has no legal disputes and it is in good condition for the construction of building. You can post about N.A plot online on Facebook groups, online real estate platforms such as Housing.com, Magicbricks, etc. Currently, NoBroker does not deal with land.
