Hi! You can just post an ad on NoBroker as I recently did the same. I just made sure to fill out the listing details to find the right customer. 1. Property Type Here make sure to be very specific. Mention the type of property you want to rent out like is it an office, coworking space or a shop. 2. Location Mention the correct location with locality and street address. 3. Cost You should include the rent amount, deposit amount and the maintenance amount. Also mention if you are open for negotiation. 4. Amenities Mentioning about the amenities helps the other person to decide quickly. Mention if there are amenities like lift, parking space and so on.
