All the major Home Rental listing websites in India give an overview of the facilities and the amenities that are available in the house listed. You should make sure to read such details carefully. Details like 24*7 Water Supply, Power Backup, Gated Security, Lift, Gas Pipeline, Car or Bike Parking are somethings that you need to check beforehand and factor-in before renting a property. Listings do mention it. In either case, make it a point to double check these things with the owner before finalising the deal.
Incase you feel that the information provided on the listing is wrong, there is always an option to report it. Listing Executives then rectify the same. This will go a long way in ensuring that the information available on the listings is reliable.
