When I wanted to close my airtel broadband connection I tried every technique and only discovered the following that worked.

  • Contact 121@airtel.in by email. Make sure to provide the date you wish to disconnect it.

  • Give 08044444121 or 9845098450 a call. I can't recall which one connected me to the executive, so try both. No matter what option you try, dialling 121 or any other number will not connect you with a human.

Your broadband will disconnect from the Airtel app after five days, so pay the outstanding amount as soon as you can and send a screenshot to the same mail.
