E-Khata is nothing but an online khata, i.e. legal document which assesses your property in Bangalore under jurisdiction of BBMP. There are two types of Khatas which are issued, Khata A for properties which meet all the legal requirements, tax regulations and bye-laws.While Khata B is issued for properties with pending taxes, or they don’t meet all the requirements according to laws and regulations.
Now, it is important to understand that it doesn’t matter if your property has an e-khata issued. The cauvery water connection is available in a few localities as listed out by BBMP. having an e-khata or A-Khata property will not guarantee cauvery water connection in Bangalore.

Visit the official website of BWSSB at https://owc.bwssb.gov.in/consumer
Login with your mobile number.
Enter your email ID and mobile phone number
Make payment of Rs. 100 to buy the Application form
Fill the application with required details and upload the documents
Click on submit button.

RWH adoption document for premises measuring 1200sqft and above,
