Hey Guys,

The space inside the house where a carpet can be spread is known as the carpet area. It is the apartment's total usable space.  Additionally, the built-up area includes both the carpeted and the walled areas. The built-up area comprises terraces, mezzanine levels, and other detached usable spaces like servant rooms and terraces (with or without roofs). With the use of this formula, you can perform the computations online.

The built-up area is calculated as follows: carpet area + wall area minus balcony and corridor.
