The highest allowable FAR is 3.25 in accordance with the current Bengaluru master plan. You can consider 40 feet for the length and 40 feet for the width. So 40 × 40 Equals 1600 square feet. If the road width was roughly 40 ft, you would receive a FAR of 2.25, allowing you to go beyond G+3. This indicates that the BBMP permits the construction of G+3 i.e. 4 Floors with little difficulty.
