As far as I know, a GPA holder can apply for e-Khata but it will be issued in the owner’s name only and not in the GPA holder’s name. If you have any queries related to e-khata, then you can reach out to a nearby BBMP (Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike) office since this is the authority that issues e-Khata.
