Hey Friend, According to the redevelopment process of old buildings tenants will be given a 300 sq.ft house in the redevelopment building. And if he has transferred his pagdi system in flats the tenant will get accommodation on ownership after completing the legal formalities. So as per my knowledge the developer can bring back tenants in new redevelopment property. I hope this was helpful.
