Well, the best app to find houses for rent in Pune, as per my experience, has been MagicBricks, but I also think NoBroker is really close to it. Hey Uma. The best app to find flat on rent in my opinion, isn’t a single one. I feel 99acres, NoBroker and Housing are the three top ones; the rest of the options are just there, but not that useful. A good thing about all three apps is that they have a wide listing base, so you get all kinds of houses on rent with several options. 

One more thing which I have liked using these apps is that they have like a relationship manager kind of person if you get their plans. They can give you deeper information about the rent, locality and also negotiate on your behalf.
