Hi,
Renting out property for an ATM takes a lot of time although you need a small portion of a commercial property to set up an ATM. I have a commercial property in Bangalore so I thought about renting a portion of my property to a bank ATM. I reached out to my local agent and he is trying to get clients for me and at the same time I am keeping an eye on local newspapers and bank websites.
I have also posted an Advertisement on NoBroker also to get better reach.
