The built-up area is defined by RERA as the carpet area plus any additional spaces that have been approved by the relevant authorities, such as the space occupied by the exterior and interior walls, the dry balcony area, etc.
Calculating built-up area:Carpet area plus wall area (excluding balcony and corridor) = built-up area.
You can use this formula to compute the build-up area.
