Terms & Conditions
- The Exchange Warranty shall be applicable only for AC Servicing jobs and not for AC Repair/Inspection, AC Installation, AC Uninstallation jobs
- The Exchange Warranty shall be applicable only for split AC servicing. If it is found during the servicing that the customer’s AC requires a repair or a spare replacement, then exchange will not be applicable.
- The customer’s AC should be in working condition post checking which shall be determined by the partner assigned by NoBroker.
- If any new issue occurs post service not repaired by NoBroker and where spare parts are not purchased from NoBroker, then exchange won’t be applicable.
- AC should not be older than 7 years from the date of manufacturing.
- The Exchange warranty is not applicable for assembled AC’s. NoBroker’s decision on this matter shall be final and binding.
- In order to avail the Exchange Warranty, the customer has to make the claim within 24 hours from the service completion by NoBroker’s partner.
- The Exchange Warranty shall not be applicable if there is any compressor, condenser and/or evaporator coil damage issue with the customer’s AC.
- The Exchange Warranty shall not be valid if the customer’s AC is in rust condition and/or damaged already. The decision of NoBroker shall be final and binding in this regard.
- The Exchange Warranty shall not be valid if the PCB is not repairable in either Non-Inverter or Inverter type AC (IDU & ODU).
- The Exchange Warranty shall not be valid in case the customer’s AC is malfunctioning due to lower and/or insufficient tonnage. The decision of NoBroker shall be final and binding in this regard.
- The Exchange Warranty can be availed by the customer only upon damage to the customer’s AC being directly attributable to the service provided by NoBroker. NoBroker’s decision on this matter shall be final and binding.
- The Exchange Warranty shall not be valid if there is any case of contributory negligence by the customer. NoBroker’s decision on this matter shall be final and binding.
- If the Exchange Warranty is availed by the customer, then he/she has to ensure that at the time of un-installation of the customer’s AC, NoBroker’s partner is not left unattended.
- The warranty of the new AC being provided under the Exchange Warranty shall be as per the third-party brand’s applicable warranty and the responsibility of it shall not be upon NoBroker.
- By agreeing to avail the benefits under the Exchange Warranty, the customer hereby represents, warrants and covenants that: (a) he/she is the sole, absolute and lawful owner of the AC being exchanged; (b) the customer’s AC along with all accessories, wherever applicable, under the Exchange Warranty is genuine and is free from any and all encumbrances, liens, attachments, disputes, legal flaws, exchange or any agreement of sale etc.; wherever applicable, the details of the customer’s AC, including its condition, are as stated at the time of availing the Exchange Warranty.
- The customer understands that once the customer’s AC is sent for exchange under the Exchange Warranty, under no circumstance can the customer’s AC be returned back to the customer.
- NoBroker reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- In the event of any disparity and dispute, the final decision will always be NoBroker’s prerogative.
