With a shared load, items may be unloaded at a warehouse near the pickup city and reloaded at a warehouse near the delivery city. 

What should I do if something is damaged or lost during the move?

We offer 90% compensation in case of damage or loss of the items during the move.

What is the exact claim process in case of damage or loss?

Before submitting, ensure you have the cost of each inventory item in the packing list. Your move manager will arrange the packaging list after you register the claim.

  • FIR No: Leave blank (not mandatory)
  • Loss Location: Destination city/state
  • Loss Date: Delivery date
