Hello. If you are confused would any of the bulb glow when the switch is in the off position, the answer is no. This is because of the basic principle of the flow of electric current. When the switch connected to a bulb is in the off position, it creates an open circuit, which prevents the electric current from flowing. I will share more below.


Why is it not Possible for LED Bulb Glowing with Switch Off?


So, yes, continuing from above, an off switch causes the circuit to open. For electric current to flow and cause the bulb to glow, the circuit has to be closed. The circuit becomes complete only when the switch is in the on position.


When the switch is in the on position, current is allowed to flow from the power source through the bulb and back.


So in all, it is not possible for your light bulb to glow when the switch is in the off position. It can only work when the switch is in the on position. I hope this will be helpful for you.
