Q.

Will there be any problem in future if I pay landowner share flat payment to builder as per agreement signed by me builder and landowner. Bank asking correction deed for making payment to landowner. Or indemnity bond from each of us(landowner, builder and me). What should I do?

You need to satisfy the rules and requirements of a bank. To avoid unforeseen issues, get the indemnity bond signed by each party.
