Hey, there can be several reasons why my AC is not cooling even after cleaning. I will help you with some of them:

  1. Leak or Low Refrigerant Levels: Refrigerant is important for heat absorption. A leak or low refrigerant means the AC can’t cool properly.

  2. Dirty or Clogged Air Filters: Even if you have cleaned your filters recently or gotten new ones, filters can clog with dust pretty fast. This creates a blockage in the airflow and reduces the cooling efficiency of your AC.

  3. Frozen Evaporator Coils: This is caused by restricted airflow or low refrigerant. Frozen coils stop cool air from circulating. If you notice ice buildup inside the AC, it is an indication of frozen evaporator coils.

  4. Faulty Compressor: So the compressor is again a crucial component of the refrigerant cycle. If it malfunctions, cooling stops even after you have done all the cleaning.

  5. Dirty or Blocked Condenser Coils: The coils located inside release heat. If they are covered by dirt or debris, heat removal is reduced, making the system work harder but cool less.

  6. Leaky or Blocked Ducts: The airflow to rooms can be reduced if the ducts are damaged or vents are blocked.

So these are some of the major reasons why your AC isn't cooling even after cleaning.
