This is not OC document at all. Any educated person can tell it is just OC application form.
Actual OC document has OC number, with survey details, deviation, plus flat details , and some notes. There is no OC details in bbmp website at all.
Simply showing some OC application form and fooling buyer that too in public forum can put builder in legal troubles. It is strictly a bye law violation and selling flats with wrong details (illegal as per RERA too).
Request nobroker to validate these documents thoroughly and do due diligence and safe innocent buyers.

Project is blacklisted by RERA for non renewal of certificate from 2 years. Multiple show cause notices sent to pay the penalty, but builder is sleeping. Moreover its illegal to stay in building without OC, it is bbmp byelaw 5.7 violation. Huge penalty, non payment pending at bbmp and rera side.

Mentioned RERA certificate of meda greens PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/171015/000831 expired 1.5 years back, not renewed. I don't think project is blacklisted, but definitely under radar of RERA for non renewal and considered lapsed project.
Also, project is put under the list of expired projects in RERA website and also mentioned . 'Public is hereby warned that dealing with these projects would be at their own risk' .

Last year, I also heard that
Meda Greenshad not received its RERA certificate. But recently, I learned from a friend that now it has. In fact, she also shared the RERA ID with me and it is: PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/171015/000831. I believe it might have had some construction issues; hence, its RERA approval was pending but you can invest in Meda Greens now.
