I want you to know that the 4 lakh square feet plot was bought in July 2002 by Antilia Commercial Pvt. Ltd, a commercial business entity owned by Mukesh Ambani. The property was purchased for Rs. 215 million; which is USD 3 million approximately. I am sure not about the tax benefits purposes behind this.
