One of the main infrastructure routes that connects Delhi and Gurgaon is the Dwarka Expressway, or the Northern Peripheral Road (NPR). This eight-lane expressway, which runs 29 km from Shiv Murti in Mahipalpur to Kherki Daula Toll Plaza, has changed the dynamics of real estate in the area. But which sector of Dwarka Expressway is best? As per my opinion, there are 3 best sectors here: Sector 109, Sector 108, Sector 37D. 

Which is the Best Sector to Invest in Dwarka Expressway?

Sector 109

Sector 109 is connected to other surrounding roadways by the operational section of the Dwarka Expressway, which also connects it to other notable areas of Gurgaon. NH-48 is 30 minutes away from the sector. The IGI Airport (20 km) is reachable in 30 to 40 minutes, while the Gurgaon Railway Station is located close by, about 4 km away. The Dwarka Sector 21 metro station (Blue & Orange Lines) is approximately 20 to 25 minutes from the sector and provides residents with metro connectivity to the New Delhi NCR.

Sector 108

A developing sector, Sector 108 is ideally situated approximately 3 km from the Dwarka Expressway. Also, the Gurgaon Railway Station is only 5 km from the sector, and can be reached within 15 minutes. And, IGI Airport is 20 km away which can be accessed in 30 to 40 minutes.

Sector 37D 

Offers modern residential projects at slightly lower rates. Because of its advantageous location, 37D has easy access to the NH8 and the Dwarka Expressway/Northern Peripheral Road (NPR) via the well-known Hero Honda Chowk. Through the Central Peripheral Road (CPR), the sector provides convenient access to the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR) and Golf Course Extension Road (GCER).

Sector 109 is the best option if you're looking for luxury and long-term value. For balanced urban living, Sector 108 is highly promising.
