According to me, ready to move in apartments are much better than under construction projects if you are looking to move-in or for self-use. Buying a ready to move property will help you in avoiding costs associated with living in a rental accommodation for an under-construction project to be completed. It also helps in buying what you see as you won’t be disappointed later if things don’t look as you had expected.
On the other hand, if you are looking for investment, I would suggest you buy an under construction property. This will cost you lower than the ready to move in apartment. You might also get higher appreciation since you are buying at a lower cost the appreciation is expected to be higher.
