There are so many investment option in Thane. One of the greatest properties to invest in is in Dosti West County located in Balkum. Since it will only take 16 mins to go from Dosti Balkum to Thane station, this place definitely enjoys great connectivity.

When the project was launched on 1st August 2020 many buyers wanted to purchase this project as this project offers amenities, infrastructure and a location perfect for staying. The project is RERA approved and what I like about this project is it is Vastu compliant. 

I totally agree with what Ms. Kritika has said. The project offers outstanding amenities. I was looking for a gym nearby the property I will purchase, so I was amused looking that the project itself has its in-house gym. All the equipment in the gyms was properly maintained. There are malls, hospitals, and schools nearby this project. 

The only thing I did not like about this project is the space they are providing. The flats are spacious enough compared to the price. So, I took a few steps back before making the final purchase. You can visit the site and see what you like and dislike about this project. Purchasing a flat is one of the greatest decisions. I feel deciding on a perfect flat is more important than deciding on marriage. So, I would only advise you to check the apartments as per your convenience,

I would like to point out that the project is free of legal litigation. It has all the approvals required and the project is safe to buy.
