1) Open Kaveri Online services website here.

2) You must first make an account by clicking "Register as a new user" if you have not already done so. Submit personal information like name, date of birth, address, PAN, phone number, and email address.
3) After logging in, go to the "Online EC" option to access the online EC.
4) Refer to the sale deeds to determine the date of the property records. Fill in the specifics, such as the property type number, kind, and boundary lines.
5) To see/download the Property Encumbrance Certificate online, select the 'Send OTP to view Document' option and enter the OTP.
6) To download or print the required EC, click on 'View Document'.
7) After supplying the OTP, pick the option 'Check to apply for digitally signed EC' and then click on 'View Document' to get the certified copy of the EC. At the bottom of the online PDF document, select the 'Proceed' option and pay the needed charges.
8) Select "Refresh payment status" and your EC proposal will be filed to the proper authority and digitally signed.
9) You can download the digitally signed EC for your use after you've selected the appropriate EC.
