Piramal Vaikunth is in near Balkum, Thane. It is surrounded by slums. They say when the roads will be widened the slums will go away. But they have been saying this for a long time. Especially, if you check the plan. They have three gates. All three gates are next to a slum. In future, one gate will mostly be used by Iskcon temple visitors. Another will be too close to a metro station and a junction, so too much traffic or crowd. The third gate is next to slums. Personally, I would suggest you to not check this project. They have some internal problems and so they do not provide receipts, do not register the agreement and they wont even tell you why.
