Most of you must know that your Customer ID or User ID in banking is a special identification number that you must enter in order to access NetBanking, PhoneBanking, and MobileBanking. Last month, I forgot my HDFC User ID. Hence, I reached out to the bank manager and he informed me that your Welcome Letter and the first page of your Chequebook both mention your User ID.
