• Key in the number for your SBI pension account.

• Type in the one-time password (OTP) that was sent to your Aadhaar-registered cellphone number and click "Submit."

• Click "Start Journey" after accepting the terms and conditions.

• Click "I'm ready" while keeping your original PAN card at the ready.

• You must permit before the video call can begin. You will begin communicating with the SBI officer as soon as he or she is available when permission has been given. You can also choose to schedule the contact at a time that is convenient for you.

• You must read the 4-digit verification displayed on your screen when speaking with an SBI representative.

• Display your PAN card so the bank representative can take a photo of it. You are not obliged to display your Aadhaar card at any point during the video life certificate, according to SBI. Just keep your PAN card nearby.
