As I was searching for a 2 BHK apartment, I came across a Brigade Valencia review. From the review, I came to know about the location of the project, which was near Narayana Hrudayalaya Hospital, Hosur Road, Bommasandra, Bangalore. I visited the project with a friend of mine, and during our visit, we asked about the Brigade Valencia price. The executive told us that the starting price of the project is around Rs. 1.15 Crore.
He also told us that the project has 2, 3 & 4 BHK units, and the size ranges from 1147 Sq. ft. to 2540 Sq. ft., depending on their types. On enquiring about the Brigade Valencia RERA number, we were informed that it is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/120123/005613. I also liked this project’s location, and some of the Brigade Valencia locational advantages are,
Vimalalaya Hospital, 3.7 km
BS Carmel School, 2.1 km
Srinivasa Chitramandira, 3.2 km
Namma MTR - Bommasandra, 2.9 km
DMart, 1.7 km
After learning about this, I decided to purchase a 3 BHK unit here. The Brigade Valencia possession date is around September 2029. Now, I am just waiting on a few paperwork.
