Here are some things that you should look for to reject the tenant:
Unemployed: Expecting an unemployed tenant to make regular payments is like pushing yourself into the river. You’d experience great difficulty with getting regular payments as there is no guarantee from the tenant’s side.
Previous Eviction Record: You should never go for a tenant who has been evicted before. Of course, you should first get to know the real reason behind it as some landlords do foulplay at times. But as a whole, my point is that you should see the reason and if there’s any major mess up from their end, reject them.
Record of Noise and Damage: If you are scanning through a tenant who has had a record of creating nuisance and damage in the property, it is a clear sign to stay away from them.
