You must use a lint-free cloth or brush to apply Chalk Paint Wax.
Make sure all of the paintwork has been waxed by moving your brush in all directions.
As you go, use a lint-free cloth to scrape off extra wax.
Let the furniture sit for two weeks to dry.
Finally, to get a glossy sheen, buff your finish with a rag the day after waxing. But this is optional.
You can also use polycrylic or polyurethane apart from wax and lacquer to protect your furniture.
