Could you kindly specify who is not returning your token money? However, I’d say that you will need the assistance of a lawyer, and through his/her guidance you can send a legal notice thereafter if the person who’s not returning your token money does not respond to the notice then file a case against him in the civil court. You can also issue a legal notice through an advocate and file a civil recovery of money suit against that person along with interest. Consult a local lawyer in this regard.
