If you believe that the builder has wrongfully used the corpus deposit, you can take legal action against them. You can file a complaint with the consumer court or the civil court.
You can also send a legal notice to the builder asking them to return the corpus deposit. If they do not respond to your notice, you an file a case against them in the court.
