I have already booked a 3BHK unit of 781 sq. ft at Rs. 94 lakhs. The basic Vikas Ritz Life price starts at Rs. 45.45 lakhs for a 426 sq. ft 1BHK flat, and 2 BHK starts at Rs. 75 lakhs for 602 sq ft. You can easily get several configurations for each BHK. Okay, so what attracted me the most in this project is its location and the pricing….. This project is:

1 km away from St. Lawrence International School
400 m away from St. Xavier’s International School
700 m away from Pari Multi-speciality Hospital
Apart from this, it has all the Government approvals. I felt it was a sensible home purchase for long-term living, not just for investment. I will rate it 4.5 out of 5.

Another key feature is that the project was designed and built in accordance with Vastu principles, ensuring harmony and positive energy flow throughout the living spaces. For us, this is the most important criterion. So, we are planning to book a 2BHK by the end of this month, which will cost us approximately Rs. 80 lakhs. (4.5 rating out of 5)

While browsing the affordable projects in Kalyan West, Mumbai, I came across the Vikas Ritz Life project. The layouts I found in the brochure are spacious enough, and natural light comes in well.
I loved that it offers a 20,500 sq ft landscaped lifestyle podium with over 20amenities. Don't expect world-class amenities
, as this is a budget-friendly project. However, everything you need is available, includinga kids’ play area and 24/7 CCTV surveillance. The Vikas Ritz Life possession date I found is in December 2028, so I am unsure. Will definitely visit the site first to clarify my doubt and see the area. As of now, my rating will be 4 out of 5.
