We visited the project site like a couple of weeks back and were pretty happy with what we saw. They have 3 and 4 BHK homes here close to Patwardhan Baug, Erandwane, Pune. Venkatesh Erandwane Central is quite a big project, around 4.5 acres in area. The flats are pretty high quality with modular fittings, video door phone with intercom, wooden door frame, aluminium doors, vitrified tiling, anti skid tiling for the bathroom and all.

A good society to settle in Pune in my opinion. The builder has planned the space well, with different amenities in all the towers of the society. While checking out the whole plan of the society, some of the ones we liked a lot were the home theatre, cafe, library, co working, multiple gyms and all.

This is a RERA certified property, which we checked at the time of inquiring about the flats and all. We were interested in the 3 BHK, but they also have 4 BHK apartments here. I’d say that overall they have a lot of features that will make the living experience a great one, but for the property market of the city, the prices are a bit too high, starting at Rs. 2.9 crores.
