My parents are not sure about the possession date but have heard it will get completed by 2025 but I would still request you all to double check it if you are really interested. It is hard to give a proper Welworth Purnam review as the project does not have any demo flat to show to the buyers. I was really disappointed hearing this a few months back when I went to check out the project. Another thing is that Phase 3 enjoys better connectivity than Phase 2 so the price they have set (approx 60 Lakhs to 79 Lakhs) seems quite high.
