Vivaan Park’s apartments are lovely. The price is also affordable and does not go above Rs 70 lakhs. My husband and I checked out this project in January and really liked its specifications. We were shown a demo flat and here is what we witnessed
The windows have grills to ensure safety and mosquito nets are installed
On the terraces you will get aluminium sliding doors which seemed durable
In the bathrooms all the pipes have been concealed
The master bathroom has a solar heating system installed as well
The bathrooms have granite door frames and of course, there is provision for an exhaust fan and geyser
Each apartment has its own video door phone
For the flooring they have used vitrified tiles
Dado tiles have been installed in kitchens and bathroom
