I would like to share my K City Keshav Nagar review. This property is owned by Unique Spaces. I was on the search for properties in Keshav Nagar and had the most amazing experience. I have visited a lot of properties nearby like

Nivasa Elevia

but K-Shire Punawale's extraordinary amenities and location caught my attention. 

The exact K City Keshav Nagar address is 7th Floor, Unique Spaces, City Square, Anutej Atharv Society, Narveer Tanaji Wadi, Shivajinagar, Pune. This property is ideal for employment because it is bounded by greenery and has access to major cities and IT hubs. The Pune-Mumbai highway connectivity is the best feature; it's only five minutes away. It has access to a shared garden, which promotes social interaction and creates a cosy space for residents to chill out after returning from work.

I loved this project, so I did a spot booking for 2 BHK flat. The K City Keshav Nagar possession date I received is May 2025.

I am all down for Unique Spaces K City, mainly for its Sky Lounge with an infinity pool amenity. It is going to be one of the best projects in town. I am already living in Keshav Nagar and have checked out this project as well. It looks very promising to me and has a dozen extraordinary amenities. This project will be providing

2 and 3 BHK apartments having different carpet areas

The apartments are all built as per Vastu norms to welcome happiness and prosperity among the lives of the dwellers

  • The lush green common garden is going to be the best amenity of this project

  • Well-maintained parks will also be there to have peaceful morning walk

  • Shopping centre to buy clothes anytime as per your need or occasion

  • Community hall, library, pool, gym area and other common amenities will be there as well

  • Several play areas will be allocated for badminton, tennis, basketball and kore

  • Entertainment amenities like clubhouse, amphitheatre, party area will also be there

I quite like Unique Spaces K City but I would also like to highlight the fact that their sales team is not at all cooperative. I asked them about the floor plan and amenities, but they did not seem quite interested in mentioning all the details until I asked for them. 

The project was launched in 2020 and is expected to be completed by March 2026. I hope that during these six years, things will eventually develop. Here is the floor plan the sales team shared-
