What is the Unique Que 914 Review Mundhwa Pune?

My Unique Que 914 review is positive. I have already booked a 2BHK of 803 sq ft here. The RERA possession dates are staggered per phase: Phase 1 is December 2026, Phase 2 is June 2027, and Phase 3 is March 2028. I really appreciate the smart planning of the flats and the sense of openness surrounding the towers. The neighbourhood is gradually expanding, with businesses and services close by, increasing convenience. The amenities are strategically distributed, and the water supply has been fairly steady even during the summer months. This is a good project for families or professionals who value space, accessibility, and future growth.

I moved to Mundhwa nearly three years ago and have been pleasantly impressed by how well basic lifestyle needs are handled in this area. The location provides easy access to schools such as The Orbis and numerous nearby hospitals, making daily routines much more comfortable. 

Traffic on the main highways might be congested, but the road quality is good. My office is close to Unique Que 914, so I plan to book a flat in this complex. I visited the site already 2 weeks ago, and they have a nice layout, especially the big bedrooms. Possession is scheduled for Phase 1 in December 2026. I will make my ultimate decision this week.

Unique Que 914 enjoys a great locale. Schools, malls, bus stops and more are all located near it like-

Unique Que 914’s plan looks truly amazing. I visited the project only once with my colleague, and it was enough to mesmerise me. Here are some of its features that I liked

Unique Que 914 will be providing 2, 3 and even 4 BHK apartments of various sizes

• The project will be spacious as it will have only 3 buildings having 650 units spread across 4 acres

• The project ensures security for children and senior both so yes, it is going to be one of the best residential projects in town

• The project is RERA approved so you will face no such legal dispute in the future

• The project is built by one of the most established builders, Unique Properties

I quite loved it. But yes, I know this Unique Que 914 review is not enough, so I will recommend interested persons to check it out themselves and then decide whether to invest here or not.

The Unique Que 914 project is a good one, but it has several problems that need to be fixed. The project

• Does not have a 24*7 water supply as of now so if you are planning to book an apartment here, make sure you check this aspect

• The roads connecting it are also muddy 

• No proper drainage system is available near this area so water logging is a serious problem, especially in the rainy season

The project was launched quite recently, so I hope it will develop soon. It is expected to be completed by 2026. As of now, I will rate this project 2/ 5 in this Unique Que 914 review.
