What is the Sumadhura Folium Review Bengaluru Karnataka?

Rather than believing the online Sumadhura Folium reviews, I planned to visit it myself and was stunned to see its layout and infrastructure. Once again, Sumadhura Infracon Pvt. Ltd. proved why they are renowned for delivering quality projects. We have booked a 3 BHK here and would really like to share some major aspects of this project that we LOVED:

• The Sumadhura Folium address makes commuting easy. It is located near Palm Meadows Resort, Ramagondanahalli, Whitefield. Ambedkar Nagar bus station, Pushpa Nursing Home, The Deens Academy, INOX Forum Value Mall, and other notable sites within 2.5 km

• As for the Sumadhura Folium configuration, this project has 3, and 4 BHK spacious properties to offer, ranging between 1,347 sq ft to 1,950 sq ft.

• The project is spread across 11.21 acres and has 5 towers with 1,100 units.

So, Kirti, check out this project. I assure you that you will love it.

I visited this project only after the Sumadhura Folium RERA number was assigned and was thoroughly impressed. This project has some stunning features which I have rarely seen in other projects. For example: It has an 

• 8-feet entrance

• French-styled doors

• Satin finish ceramic tile flooring

• Two-drop flooring ensuring dry and wet areas are always separate

It is a lavish project. But yes, the price is a bit high compared to other projects in its vicinity. Properties here start from around Rs 3.4 crore but are worth investing in. 

Recently, I received a call from the sales team at Sumadhura. He laughed when he learned my 3 BHK budget was 1.15 Crore. What kind of behaviour is this? Anyway, when my friend told me about the Sumadhura Folium 3 BHK price, I felt that it was extremely high because its carpet area is quite small. The bedrooms are tiny, which is the most bothersome part.

My friend requested me to go to some of the surrounding projects, such as: 

• Sanjeevini Srushti

  and 

• Prestige Elm Park

  . 

When I visited, I observed how well-behaved and informed the Prestige Elm Park sales team was. They were very kind to us. Additionally, the apartments have many amenities and are fairly spacious. It was also under my budget, so, I booked a 3 BHK flat here.

I have shared my Folium by Sumadhura reviews for your reference. I purchased an apartment in this development six months ago, and by far, things have gone well. Reputable builders Sumadhura Group has completed several excellent projects, particularly in Whitefield. I like this project because my office is close to Ramagondanahalli in Whitefield. Borewell Rd, Whitefield, Palm Meadows, Ramagondanahalli, Bengaluru is the accurate Sumadhura Folium address. The construction of this project is moving at a phenomenal pace.

Although the Sumadhura Folium launch date is June 2025, I must admit that they will finish this project four to five months earlier than expected. I believe that due to the Sumadhura Folium site location, this might be one of the most sought-after projects.

These are a few Sumadhura Folium locational highlights, which I believe will help me to yield good returns.

I visited this project with my father. Overall, we liked the project, but we found the Sumadhura Folium price is on the higher end, and beyond our budget. The price chart is given below;

I was planning to book an apartment in Sumadhura Folium. You will need to call 8951859015 to book a site visit. This is spread across 16 Acres, comprising of 1200 units, and 6 towers. Sumadhura Folium construction status is still awaiting completion and the approximate Sumadhura Folium possession date is by 2025. They are also offering special offers on spot booking.

Spending crores just because you have it is not good actually. If you visit the Whitefield area, you will see several projects which are spacious and luxurious as well but their price range is okay, not very high like Sumadhura Folium. The project is very close to the lake resulting in water logging several times in a year, most of the apartments lack proper ventilation, no window in kitchen making the space quite congested and more.

I personally will not recommend it. You will get a number of good reviews for this project but most of them are from fake users. I will not ask you to rely blindly on my Sumadhura Folium review but will suggest you check the project 2 to 3 times and then only invest in it.

I felt that Sumadhura Folium is a bit overpriced but after visiting the project myself, tell you all honestly, that the money is nothing compared to the environment and facilities they are providing. It seems more of a palace than a project. The amenities like:

• Party hall with pantry

• Gymnasium and outdoor gym

• Open yoga terrace

• Changing room

• Terrace landscaping

• Senior citizen park

• Pet park

• Barbecue counter

• Meditation deck

• Jacuzzi

• Luxury clubhouse

• Spa and steam room and more

Are not only spacious, well decorated but are also well maintained. They are simply beautiful enough to attract people’s attention. Just read other such Sumadhura Folium review and decide yourself

I have visited the Whitefield area in Bengaluru quite a number of times and it is true that this project is providing luxurious apartments with a starting range of Rs 1.12 Cr onwards. Its possession date has been set for December 2025 so I want to wait till the next year and finalize an apartment for my parents. However, I am collecting as many details as I can which I can definitely share here as well.

They are providing 2 BHK from Rs 1.15Cr onwards

2.5 BHK from Rs 1.30Cr

3BHK for Rs 1.50Cr

4 BHK for Rs 1.75Cr.
