Gypsum finish on the interior wall and ceiling
Living room, bathroom and kitchen had gypsum finish with OBD
In the washroom dado tiles up to the lintel level have been installed
Sand faced plaster with acrylic painting have been done for the external walls
Living room, bathroom and kitchen have used 800*800 vitrified tiles
For the toilets and terrace, anti-skid ceramic tiles have been used
Concrete roads or cement paving blocks have been used for the external paths

Sukhwani Araya is going to be completed after 2024 for sure. About 38% of the project has been completed as of now so I don’t think within a year the rest of it can get completed. Also do note that sanitary and electrical fittings as well as the work progress for the stilt floor are 0%. Nothing has started in those parts. 93% of the apartments are still available so my advice will be not to rush. Apart from these issues, I personally think 2 BHK worth Rs 80 lakhs and more is not justified. You can get better apartments at this range here. If you are really interested in this project, do wait a bit more. This is all I have to say in this Sukhwani Araya review.
