Hello. As far as I remember, the Birla Trimaya in Devanahalli was launched on September 5, 2023. The project has been approved by RERA, BDA, all the big banks and BIAAPA. Currently, the bookings are open for Phase 1 with close to 570 available units. I hope this helps you!
